Can't see Printers and Faxes or Scheduled Tasks

There are 4 computers running at on off site that VPN in to the server and remote desktop to the server. The server is running Windows server 2003 and the workstations are running Win XP. On one of the workstations when I navigate to it's IP address on the server by running \\192.168.1.XX I can see the folders "Printers and Faxes" and "Scheduled Tasks" but on the other 3 workstation neither of those folders appears.

I don't understand how this is possible. I checked the registry keys that handle those and they are identicle on all 4 machines. Why can I access these folders on some computers but not others?
