My Dell inspiron has Win XP home and is widescreen; I have display set at 1280 x 768 and probably some other junk I don't remember fiddling with to make font size bigger since I don't see as well as the rest of the world.

Hubby's mum got him a Creative Zen V Plus, but we can't get it to do anything b/c we can't see the whole window when we're trying to do it -- so don't know where the buttons are. We've tried resizing the monitor, dragging the window as far up as it'll go while we hide toolbar at bottom. What do we do to make the window small enough to utilise control buttons?

As Creative is a MS app, I'm sure there will be many questions forthcoming.

    Thanks.
