Cant see win 7 diusk in cd/dvd rom drive

hi all, yes as above , I cant see win 7 sp1 in my dvd drive , but i can see other disks in there when i change to another dvd disk , any ideas please :cry

If you have access to another computer with a DVD drive, and the other computer can see the disk, I would rip the DVD with Imgburn. Create an iso file from the install disk using a read speed no higher than 4X and then burn the iso at 4X speed. Your DVD drive may then be able to read it.

Assuming this is a legitimate Microsoft disk, and you confirm it does not work by trying it in another DVD drive, you can get a replacement disk from Microsoft. See How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware.
