I've just reformatted my Dell Desktop yesterday. Windows XP. I'm trying to connect to my cable internet connection but nothing I've been trying to do seems to work.

I've tried the 'Network Setup Wizard' a dozen times, and I've tried it with every single option (same goes for 'Create a new network connection') but nothing seems to work. I have other computers and my phone connect to the router just fine; and this computer worked on the internet as well before I formatted it so I know the hardware is good. I think I just have a setting wrong somewhere but just can't seem to figure out what it is. If you need anymore info just let me know; Thanks.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hello Jason,

May I suggest that the drivers may not be configured. Can you bring up your device manager, and see if there are any conflicts? (Will be a yellow ? or a red !)

    Thanks,
