Can't send e-mail (receive ok)

I'm using Outlook Express Version 6 and can receive e-mails but can't send. Incoming server: pop.deltacom.net
Outgoing server: smtp.deltacom.net

Can anyone please advise?

One more thing - this is the error I get

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'pop.deltacom.net', Server: 'smtp.deltacom.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Mail from 68.59.251.92 refused, see RBL server dnsbl.sorbs.net', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F

call your service provider they will talk you threw it .......and make sure you don't have any goffy email protection things going on turn them off ....

Hi everyone i guess i should clear some things up, It's not just email i send on the road it is all email i send even when i am at home. I can be sitting at the table in my home using my wireless connection and it will not send.here is the error message i am getting, the connection to the server failed.subject email account. windows mail server mail.sasktel.net protocal smtp,port25 secure (ssl):no socket. error 10061,error number 0x800ccc0e.

 

best to stay in your own thread hossman. But you need to remove your account and recreate it if you havent' already, second thing to try is remove/disable any email antivirus/spam filtering that can cause a similar issue.
