Cant start FarCry Demo...

Hello Everyone..

I recently downloaded the FarCry Demo and everything installs just fine but when i try to start the Game, The screen flashes like its about to start and then a Grey or Black Screen comes up and just stays there. On the windows Taskbar it says something about a Critical exception, after that i press enter and the screen goes back to windows. I Had a Dell before i built this computer and my Video card that im using now worked fine on the Dell. Can anyone help or have any ideas as to what is going on here? I can play Doom3, Halo and Half Life perfectly fine but FarCry just seems to stop on a grey screen. I Had Omega Drivers installed and i thought maybe that was the problem so i went back to Catalyst Drivers and still get the problems, I also Have DirectX 9.0c...... Help??
