    Hello,
I have a toshiba P875 and am running Comcast Blast internet but cannot stay connected. I have spoken with Comcast numerous times and they have not been able to fix the problem. I run the trouble shooter and it reconnects me only to be disconnected again. I have uninstalled the network adapter, the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200 and it reinstalls, I stay connected for a while, maybe even a couple days and then start all over again. I am running Windows 8.1. Can someone help me? I can give whatever other info you night need.

Do you have a PC that has a wired (Ethernet) connection to your router? Does it stay connected when the WiFi drops out?

If the dropout only happens with WiFi, you might want to invest in an external WiFi USB adapter and see if it solves the problem. If the PC in question is still under warranty, you might contact the PC mfr. to have the internal WiFi card replaced.

It used to be nothing stayed connected. I have my laptop, my kindle, my xbox, and my phone. now the only thing that does not stay connected is my laptop. No wired computer but when my computer will not stay connected, I tried wiring the xbox and it stays connected.
