Can't Uninstall Google Chrome

    I've been having issues with Google chrome for a while now. Can't open windows, use buttons if too many windows are open and so on. I've tried several times to uninstall it through the control panel but it keeps telling me to "Please close all google chrome windows and try again". There are no windows open.
    I rebooted my laptop and still get the same message.

    I downloaded Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall, followed the instructions and clicked on "program not listed". It asked me to enter program name, I put in google chrome and it tells me to enter a valid name.

    I don't know why I can't uninstall this program. I've uninstalled other programs.

    Please help

    Have you checked task manager to see if any chrome processes are running?
