Cant update BIOS

What could be wrong?
I go to my mothers site and place:
http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWeb/Downloads/ProductsDetail_Download.aspx?DetailID=210&DetailName=BIOS&DetailDesc=P6IWP-Fe
Download the tool for updating and BIN file, but cant update.Program writes to me:
"BIOS file Size doesn't match with Mainboard BIOS!"
if I save my old BIOS file and try to update with it, programs displays message:
"File Size does not match with OnBoard BIOS!"
What could be problem?

An error like that might be the wrong BIOS file. Im not there, are you sure you have the proper file? More importantly, do you need to update your bios?

1. Update CPU Sing on message
2. Change BIOS defaule
3. Fixed CPU Vcore issue

Also, theres a Windows version of the utility, not sure which way your doing it.

I will try older BIOS files.I am sure that this file is properly if organisation didnt shit up that file. I dont need to update my BIOS, but i wanted to see how the whole process works and learn to do it if sometime I will need.
