Can't upload onto the internet

Hopefully someone can help me.

I'm running Windows 7 64bit Home Edition. My pc has suddenly stopped allowing me to upload anything to the net. I can't upload even an attachment to any of my email accounts, facebook...literally anything.

An example of this is on Hotmail, I attach the file fine, it's sarts to upload and the green bar gradually moves up then it will stop about three quarters the way through and stay there.

I've tried a number of different braodband speed test sites and they measure my download capability fine but the upload test never even engages on any of them.

I've contacted my customer support line for my ISP and they say they don't know what it happening as they can see I've got upload capability from their end???

I don't have another PC to run a check with unfortunately but I have checked on everyones smart phone in the house, connected via wifi, checked the speed test sites and we

 

I've now found out the source of this problem. My wireless adapter doesn't seem to be compatible with my new router. Sorry, but just thought I'd leave this message to save wasting anyones time.
