Can't use the internet with other machine

I have highspeed internet and one of the computers i have will not work to get onto the internet it will not except the DHCP i have tried to remove the network card and reinstall it but it still will not work

 

yes i can manually put in the address and i can see the other computers but not get on the internet with it
i can ping the gateway but it will not let that machine out on the net
there was a virus in a file called cdlsp.dll and norton took care of that in safe mode. i think it is some type of malware
