Can't watch flash cartoons more than once

I like to go to Newgrounds a lot and watch flash cartoons. Recently, after I watch a flash and I leave the page that I downloaded it at, I am unable to watch that flash anymore. If I go back to the flash download page and click on the link to watch the flash again, then it does absolutely nothing. No sand-capsule mouse icon, attempt to open the new page, nothing at all. It magicly stopped doin this for a while, but started again now.

I've tried clearing all cookies, history files, & temp internet files.

OS: Win XP Media Center Edition 2005 (Based on Pro)
web browser: IE 6.0

 

what happens if you right click on the flash cartoon and click play?

or other right click commands (loop and so on)

also, do you have the latest verison of Macromedia Flash Player installed?

 

Well I can't do that because when you click on the link to watch te flash, it opens up in a new window and the it starts loading the flash cartoon in the new window. When I click on the link to open the new window, it does absolutely nothing.

I have the newest version of macromedia player also.
