Capture Device

What i am wondering is that it says that the minimum requirements is 2 ghz processor and i only have 1 ghz does that mean that i cant use this or can i use this and what results would i get?

 

I believe it means that if you want to capture DVD quality, you need that fast a processor in order to do so. With a slower processor, you will still be able to capture, but not at the quality you need for for DVDs to be DVD quality. It would probably do VCDs fine
