   My Sister is always lossing Her Car Keys.
   
   And She keeps telling me She wants to get this thing you put on your Keychain.
   
   Then you put an App. on your Cell Phone.
   
   And if you Loss your Car Keys the App will Tell you where they are.
   Or it will make your Car Key Thing Beep.
   
   Can anybody help me?

   Much cheaper solution and doesn't depend on a smart phone app: we have a small rattan basket that fits over a cabinet knob in the kitchen. As soon as we come in, the car keys get dropped in that basket. (We had this long before I owned a smartphone and it has worked for decades).
