Carbonite Restore Download Speed Issues

I'm restoring the data on a new PC from my Carbonite account and am having serious speed (or more accurately lack of it) issues. Over the past 4 days only about 1% of my 30 GBs of stuff has been downloaded and restored.

I have a standard Comcast plan stating speeds up to 8.0Mbs. Ping tests done at www.speedtest.net (to servers across the US at different times of day) show an average actual download speed of around 3Mbs. Given this, I should have way more (if not all) of the files back by now.

Windows 7 detects no network issues. Before starting the recovery I downloaded over 60GB of ISOs from Microsoft's TechNet Plus in under 3 days with no problems and I have adjusted power settings within Windows so the PC and hard drive don't turn off, sleep or hibernate.

Has anyone else had this problem? Carbonite saved my a-- on data recovery (burgulary of 2 PCs plus my backup drive), but I'd like to finish within a few days.
