Carbonitelitepreinstaller makes me want to kill kittens

Dear god, this is starting to infuriate me.

So, upon my last Java update, I somehow checked the option to install the Carbonite trial. It started popping up the box, asking if I wanted to get the full version, blah blah blah.

Well, I have Advanced Sys Care 3, and it has the startup manager, so I go and find the Carbonite start item and go to deselect it, so it won't start when I start my computer. It has been a month and I go to check my startup programs in ASC3, and there are six hundred and some entries labled as follows:
CarboniteSetupLite="C\Program Files\Carbonite\CarboniteLitePreinstaller.exe" /preinstalled /showonfirst /reshowat

I can right click and jump to the entry in my registries, but all it does is take me to:

My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Wind ows\CurrentVersion\Run and then highlights Client.exe and the data is C:\Program Files\Samurize\Client.exe. I KNOW that is not the right registry, because I am running Samurize.

Point of this is that I want this thing gone. I have run that Free Registry Cleaner from AML, I have tried CCleaner, run through RookitRevealer, but the entries still increase. I tried deleting all of the entries in the ASC Startup Manager, but that only made the entries double.

If you can offer ANY advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
