OK, so I planning to get A+ Certification and hopefully work in PC repairs or something similar. Do you think it be better if I got work experience first or did the test first? Or college?

I was thinking of one of those study-at-home colleges, the ones that let you do at home, as I have trouble in school environments, at home its more relaxed. I'm not rich, though.

You'll need training, certification, and real-world experience. Which one you do first depends on how you learn. Me, I'm totally hands-on with tech stuff...I can read about it all day long, but unless I'm actually up to my elbows in a machine, it doesn't take.

The thing is, online colleges are only going to get you so far. You need lab work to get the hands-on experience even if you can get all the knowledge from books. As for work experience, assuming the job market in your area is in line with the rest of the country, if you don't have the certifications you're going to be competing for jobs with people who do, as well as those who have several years in the business under their belts. Which is not to say you shouldn't try to get a job, but that it's going to be considerably tougher to get one if you have no experience AND no certifications.
