Buying this off ebay and im starting panic a bit

It is case only - no PSU

Im just wondering if any 1 knows what motherboard type this will need because of the data screen and all the fans - wondering if it needs a certain one or any motherboard will do

Im after a motherboard with the basic few stats

Able to Hold up to 8 GiG Of Ram
Able to use a 3.0 GHZ CPU minimum
Has to have x16 graphics speed

The computer is going to be used for gaming so it has to also be fast gear

    Any help would be appricated

    Sorry for bad spelling

    Terry

before i make any suggestions can you tell me how much you are planning to spend on this gaming rig? And also don't worry about the case not coming with a psu because you'll need a bigger psu then what that case would come with anyway.

I agree if you can give as an idea of your budget we can provide better advice. It's quite hard to determine what mobo won't fit in there without a model number. Have to agree with gigabyte that any ATX mobo will fit in there from the info yourv'e given.

Personally I would try to get a mobo that supported DDR2 RAM to start with.

I just bought the ASUS P5WDH mobo and are very impressed at the moment with this one.

I thought PCI express slots were reserved to 64-bit mobos, so P4 mobos won't have them.
