CCcleaner Settings

I just downloaded CCcleaner and was wondering if anyone here has knowledge regarding the best settings for this program. I have never run it yet and have left everything at default. Where can I find a list of the best settings. I mean there is alot more in here then I thought. Goal is to not cause any issues for my system and may it run cleaner, faster, and better along with decreasing the risk of spyware/adware.

Need help with settings in Windows Tab for:
Internet Explorer (will probably check Autocomplete form history)
Windows Explorer
System (will probably uncheck recycle bin, will do manually)
Advanced (set to defaut, nothing checked)

Also in Applications Tab and Issues Tab:
Everything is checked in both, this is default

Lastly, Things to be checked in Tools & Options (lots of tabs in Options)

Also, how often does everyone run this program and has anyone had any issues with it that I need to no of??? Just trying to be proactive.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

basically it's all up to you! what do you want it to delete/clean? i normally leave mine at default while trying to fight spyware, etc., but then i slowly uncheck things, that i know how to delete myself. as far as a list of best settings is concerned, i don't think there is one around here? i would just use your better judgement (so to speak). i normally run mine, about once a week (or two weeks), and i check for spyware (using ad-aware se, spybot s&d, and yahoo anti- spy), about once a week. it's all your preference, your browsing habits (where you go etc.), who's been on your computer, how paranoid are you, etc. i'm sure this isn't the answer you were looking for, but at least you'll get an idea?? - sos

Thanks for the response. I will fool around with this a little. Want to run it but want to find out more about settings first.

Anyone else have suggestions???
