ccleaner issues problem

i've been using ccleaner for about 3 weeks now and it is working well but when i go to issues it always fixes all but 4

missing MUI refrence(same for each one): C:\Documents and setting\Owner\application data\?icrosoft.Net\l?gonui.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\s?curity\r?ndll32.exe

C:\program files\t?sks\r?gsvr.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\??crosoft\fast.exe

please help i also just update ccleaner and the same problem occured

 

Is that an exact post, file names have all those ? marks in them

 

If those filenames are correct, and do actually have the "?" in there, then the files have been corrupted somehow (or the area where they reside on the HD has been messed up) and the files probably cannot be removed. Try it in safe mode, or write down the EXACT names and paths, and try to delete 'em via a command prompt or thru the recovery console. Maybe try to rename the files, reboot, then try removing 'em..... just some ideas- maybe they'll work, maybe not....

yes they do have the ? in them and i will try it in safe mode
