Ccleaner--new update

    I received an email about an update for CCLEANER.
    The new version is called CCleaner v2.12

    Surprising that launching CC does not prompt for the upgrade. Using v2.11.636

    Auto check for updates is enabled. Thanks anyway, will wait for a couple of days. Any thing new in the latest version? Hope they can at some stage, add file shredding and disk wiping as well. Cheers...

    For what ever it is worth, if you do have an older version of CC, you need NOT to uninstall it, you can just install the new version. I think if you uninstall it (the older version) you may lose your previous settings.
