CCleaner Problem

    I have been using ccleaner for several years, but today I have a problem. I think it is from a "kernel.dll" that cannot be found. I uninstalled and reinstalled both the newest version of the program and an older version but still have this problem. Any suggestions?

    I get the following message;

    Unknown Exception

    CCleaner v3.20.1750
    MS Windows XP Professional SP3
    Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.20GHz
    1.0GB RAM
    Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family

    I Rebooted and CCleaner works perfect.
