CCleaner Question

I downloaded CCleaner,everything went good,my question is. I check my registry,and it found 92 issues,I backed up my registry and fixed all. I've ran about every program that I have,done many shutdowns and all is well. Did I do the right thing and is CCleaner very rebilable,it seems to be.
