CCleaner - quick query

I run our home pc with user accounts set up for 5 separate users. Do i need to run CCleaner on each login to clean up?

CCleaner is sooo fast though (I don't know how they do it, must be specific targeting somehow),
I used to run "Easy Cleaner" and it was fine but it took 10 minutes.
There might be a way to have it auto-run after each log-on or log-off, I dunno for sure and I'd like to know.
My wife uses Opera for browser on my PC, and I use Firefox, so when I run CCleaner I can see stuff from Opera got deleted,
but we don't have separate accounts on my PC.
She just uses my account and logs onto Opera.
Last month I had to go through "Read Me- Run Me" big hairy malware removal and I remember one step included going through each user account,
but now I got rid of all my miscellaneous accounts.
I like having an extra account in case I'm not home and somebody wants to borrow my PC, like my daughter, my wife(separated but friends), or even my son.
I have plenty of storage (80 gigabytes...79% free) but low Ram 384 Mb.
My PC is about 7 years old.
What is that in human years? like 70? LOL

 

I "think" just from watching what it removes that it only cleans the account that is logged on.

There is a option to "Run CCleaner when computer starts" it's located under Options>Settings. I believe you would have to log into each account and check that box under each account. Then each time that account gets logged into, CCleaner runs.
