Ccleaner Started Skipping Edge Chromium

For a very long time each time I ran CCleaner, which is everyday when I turn my PC off, it gave me popups telling me Edge Chromium was still running. So even though I had already shut Edge down I told it to go ahead and shut it down. I though I would let it skip sending that popup and told it to ignore asking thinking it would go straight shutting down Edge and start running the Custom Clean. But it is now skipping the cleanup of all Edge Chromium components.

I downloaded CCleaner Slim again from Major Geeks but still have the problem.

How can I get CCleaner to start cleaning all my Edge Chromium components again?

Microsft edge is running in the background you need to go settings and type in startup boost and set that to off and it will completely shut down edge when you close it
