CD Boot ISO image how to use?

I have downloaded the ISO image to use for a boot CD. Now I need to know how to use it?

Do you have any sort of disc burning program?

 

I tried to use Nero to take the ISO image and convert it into a boot cd. I couldn't get it to work. I then used Nero's option to burn a boot cd. That did work well. However, I need to format the C drive and it will not let me delete the partition and when I tried "format c:" it refused. I'm hoping the program I download from here will be different. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

O!!!!! If You Want to us Nero, Start by going to Nero Smartsmart/ Copy and Backup/ Burn Image to Disc/ and then point to the file to be burned

 

Will I then end up with a bootable CD or will I end up with a copy of the iso image on the CD?

 

Either way will work, I Have burned iso’s both ways

 

I managed to figure out how to convert the ISO to files. However, what I downloaded wasn't a bootable CD but rather a listing of websites. The bootable CD that Nero makes doesn't allow me to delete the main partition and/or format drive C. So I'll go look some more. Thanks for the help.

Why are you trying to format the C:\ drive/delete the main partition?
