CD Burner HELP - Joliet & Structures Failed

Hi.

I just recently started to have problems with my cd burner. And then sometimes it'll work one day.

But the past 3 days I've been getting this error after I add the files I want to burn. It goes through that 1st stage (the bufferrun part) then fails.

Here's the error message:

Joliet names of these files (listed here in ISO-L3) are equal:
FYI_DOC2.EML
FYI-DOCT.EML

Preparation of ISO9660 structures failed​

And the burning program for the cd burner is Nero Express.
I was wondering if I should just uninstall the burner and reinstall it. Or maybe it's the drivers and try and reinstall that. But I'll wait till I get a couple responses as to what you think is the problem.

P.S. - If it's the program (Nero Express), what other program would you recommend instead of this one?
