CD burner problems

    I have a Memorex Burner with Nero 6 software. My problem is that my software won't load anymore so I can't burn any CD's. I re-installed the software but still nothing. When I click on the icon I get an hour glass for about 2 seconds then just the cursor. What do I do?

    Go to Nero's website and download their cleaner for version 6 and run it. Then reinstall the software and see if it works!:)
