CD Burning

Is there a CD burning program that can make a perfect copy of games I like to play.
I travel a lot between my apartments on the East & West coasts. I don't want to have to carry my game, music, and software CDs every time i travel. I found that when I try to copy my games, the copies never work or are missing files.
Is there a way to make a perfect single copy of a game?

scouse....thanks for the input. I visited the CD Freaks links you provided. Very interesting. I'm not in the business of making copies, so the time invested to make one good copy for myself might just well be worth the hassle.

As of just recently I found out that CloneCD has been pulled from users and is no longer available for download, but that would be the way you could make a perfect copy of your games. CloneCD copies the actual 1's and 0's (the raw data) from an image file that it reads from the CD. It will then take that image file and burn it to CD for a perfect copy of your game.

This has been deemed illegal, I'm assuming, as the program CloneCD is no longer available. Perhaps if you can find someone that still has the setup file that can transfer that to you. The only catch is... it's a trial version that will only let you use the software for a limited amount of time (21 days). Even so, this should be plenty of time to make legal copies of games you own so that you can have them in two seperate locations.

I have CloneCD and have backup copies of most of my software CD's and this activity is perfectly legal, because you've paid for those software CD's and backup copies are just duplications for you in case of accidental loss or damage to the original. So if you can possibly find someone that has the CloneCD setup file and would be willing to transfer that file to you, you'd be set to go!
