CD drives won't play?

I get a pop up that reads ( Dirctor Player 6.0) This program requires at last 3MB of free virtual memory to run. I just did a reinstall due to a HD crash. Both drives (CD DVD) worked before. Thanks in advance Chuck

 

Assuming your using xp,control,alt,delete hit the performance tab it will display how much virtual memory you have free,thats strange though because the page file will auto resize quite large,have you tried restarting windows and retrying the program

 

I restarted ,tryed that cd again ( Sarah McLachlan) wouldn't work, tryed other cd's and they work just fine just that one cd ,Guess I jumped the gun,thought I had more problems,and after loading every thing back on here.

Maybe your virtual memory settings are not properly configured. Just to be sure go at control panel>performance>system>advanced and ckick settings in the field performance. In the new window go to advanced and click change at the v-mwmory. In this window check the option "system managed size".
If the option is already checked I lost 5 minutes of my life typing

 

Thanks for your reply I checked that and it's ok. Everything is ok it was just that one CD. I just jumped the gun
