CD/DVD Burner

I downloaded CDBurner XP Pro 3, and was wondering if Nero Express was better, i just want a good burner to burn my vacation pictures music cd's and dvd videos i download from the internet I also heard that Roxio was good too, in other words which one is the best, any suggestions would be great thank you.

Ok i have version CDBurner XP 3.0.116 i am trying to look for there newest update anybody know where i can go and update 3.5 thanks.

What's this version then CDBurnerXP Pro 3.5.101.6 Alpha it say's you can download it here http://www.softpedia.com/get/CD-DVD-Tools/Data-CD-DVD-Burning/CDBurnerXP-Pro-beta.shtml, and if i payed like 40 dollars for Roxio Copy & Convert™ 3 do you think it would be better i don't mind paying for something better thanks.

IMHO from what you have listed that you want to do with the burning program, CDBurnerXP Pro will be fine. I use this program and have not had any issues. You may just want to try it out since it comes at a great price. If it does not suit your needs then just uninstall and switch to Roxio.

 

If you need to burn video DVD's from .avi or mpeg files to play on a home DVD player, you'll need something like DVD Flick; it converts files and burns 'em to standard DVD format. But that's it's main purpose; it's not an all purpose burning tool like Nero or Roxio.... as for all purpose burning utilities, I prefer Nero, probably just 'cuz I've been using it for years....
