CD Dvd Drives messed up!

Ok I have been having problems with my burner. At first i thought it was a software program so i tried many differnt programs to see if it wasnt just nero. I am still getting errors with the drive like fixation errors and in alochol 120 it doesent even recognize the drive. I tried playing a game and an audio cd in the burner and i had no problems. One thing i did notice was in my computer there are 3 devices listed but i only have 2 in my computer. I have included a screen shot. There should only be a D: drive my burner and a E: drive my DVD rom. Any clue to how to fix this and get rid of this wierd F: drive
