CD/DVD Error 39

Hi,

I receive Error 39 software is corrupt or missing for my CD/DVD Drives. I have unistalled them and reinstalled them and receive the same error. I have moved the jumpers from cable select to master and slave respectively. uninstall reinstall same error. I have them back to cable select now.
