Cd is damaged!!! Any help???

I have this game called Red Faction, i have these 2 cd's but they are damaged, (scrached)!!! i thought.. isn't there any program that can get the programs out of the damaged cd's, like the 1.4mb disks!!!

 

depends how badly scratched they are what i tend to do is get a dry lint free cloth and a very tiny piece of toothpaste and gently rub it into the disc this can slowly build up the layers which are scratched
bear in mind this works for me and i use a VERY SMALL AMOUNT of toothpaste but its at your own risk
you could try just rubbing with a cloth first

there is software available im sure maybe have to try a google

 

Scratched CD

I have successfully cleaned up CD's with surface marks by gently sponging them in tepid water with mild detergent - sponge from centre to outer edge do not use a circular motion.
I have a friend who uses toothpaste to take out the scratches in the same way although I have never been game enough to try that.
