    Hi!

I would like to know the basic differences and uses between CD-R and CD-RW disks. Pros, cons, cans and can't dos, lol.
    :p

I apologize for such a basic question for other members, but as a newbie, I'm finding that this is the best and fastest website to get information and learn. I heard about this site when my computer was purchased at a small computer store.

    Thanks!
    ;)

basic diff is......cd-r is a writable disc once only..period...if you put 2 seconds on it, it can't be written to again, -rw is re-writable...can be written to and re-written to again and again think it's 1000 times, same goes for dvd discs

Another Differance is the price CD-R is cheaper, I buy when on sale, I never pay more than a nickle each.
