   Greetings,
   
   I have a Optiarc DVD RW AD-7200A, made by Sony. The computer knows it there, and the device manager says it's working properly, but it won't read anything, CD's or DVD's. It's only a year old. I don't think it is broken, but it does make a noise, like the lense is going back and forth.
   
   OS = WinXP Home
   Ram = 512
   HD = 80 gig
