cd-rom is not recognized!

    I was not to sure where to put this so please move if in the wrong spot. My cd-om does is not being recognized by my computer . I put a blank cd in and all it says is E:\is unaccessible. Cannot recognize function. Please help if you can thank you!:confused:cry
