CD-Rom not working

    I had malware on my comp and I think I got rid of it all but my cd-rom is still not working. It shows the cd is present when I restart but it shows no files on the cd. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling the cd-rom and disabling it restarting and enabling it again. Still can't get it to work.

    Hello,
    There is always a chance malware is still on your machine. It would be better if you started a new thread in the Malware Removal Forum and have them check your logs. If you are clean, then come back here for help.

    If you go into device manager, are there any yellow exclamation marks next to any devices?
