CD-RW Program

My mom has a E machine that is just over a year old….at Best Buys (don't laugh) where she got it, they told her that her CD burner would come up through Windows Media Player, the problem is there are so many steps to go through she gets confused and can't seem to use it. I live 2 hours away so I need something simple for her to use.
With a Google search only found drivers, is there a program I can download that will work for her like Nero Wizard? Her CD is a
HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8482B.
Any and all suggestions are welcome

 

u can buy nero 6 probably from best buy
i use nero 5 and its awsome, so nero 6 can only be better

I can buy just the program and it will work with any CD-RW?

I downloaded CDBurnerXP for WinXP only

Only to discover it was an empty zipped file!
Then I downloaded Deep Burner and loaded it in my mom’s computer but there no directions how to use it!
I know guys don’t need directions … but some of us do…
so now what do you suggest?
