cd writer and dvd rom not working

    dvd/cd-rom drives...JLMS XJ-HD1665 and sony CD-RW CRX215E5 Have stoped working,have tryed reinstalling drivers.No luck there ,has yellow mark showing conflict.Also system restore will not work.tower is hp 515n.Hope someone has answer,hate paying that repair man ,lol . :confused: :confused: :confused: :mad: spent days trying to fix this ,also systems says code 13..Tks susie

    I have had similar problems If you could send me the error message from the device manager explaining the conflict I can probably get you up again
