cell phone ratings site?

Does anyone know a site that rates cell phone safty? I know most of you aren't concerned about radiation, but I am and would like to know if there is a way to find out what phone gives off the least radiation?
I have a razr V3 now and I don't like it at all. It's the worst phone I've ever had. I want to stay on the Cingular family plan because I have a large group of people that use the same plan and we can talk all we want without using our minutes.

PS: I'm a nextel freak myself, I love the DC and the phones stand up to just about anything but being dropped in the toilette

PPS: THeir FAQ section has a lot of good info in it as well. Obviously, they are trying to get you to buy their product, but the numbers from the testing are aboveboard, actually more appropriate since they do not just measure when you have it to your head, since most of us spend more time with it on our belt or in our pocket......

 

I have actually never though about that before, but I guess its a good idea?. I donno I dont really use my cell much, which probbly answers why I havent gotten a new one, mie doesnt evenhave a camara. at leasts its in color, lol

 

Thanks for the reply. I want to stick with Cingular because of all my family and friends being on Cingular, and we have free mobile to mobile service.
I've read a lot of controversy about the shields working. I'm still trying to find out as much information as I can because I do use my cell phone a lot, and I also worry about the radiation.
I checked the ratings on the different phones and I guess I will just have to go to Cingular when I renew my contract and see what they have. The only thing I know for sure right now is that I don't want another Razr. One like your Nextel phone sounds good. Don't think any phone would survive getting dropped in the toilet. Two years ago I dropped mine in a cooler and that was the end of that phone.
