Centralized Ip Address

I live in a village with a central Internet account which is distributed to some 160 individual homes in the village. When I check the stats for my website in the village, I see xxx number of visits during the month, but I can't tell from that how many individuals are visiting the website - they are all showing on the same IP address for the entire village.

Is there a way around it?

 

I think we are going to need a little more info on this.

What kinda system setup are you using???

 

Sorry, not sure about it. We have one ISP cable coming into a central control room in the village and from there distributed through copper wires to each individual house. I have no other information, nor access to the control room setup which is done by the village owner.

Is there anything that I can add to my website, to be able and identify maybe the individual MAC address of visitors and through this to be able to quantify the actual number of individual visitors.

Some one else might have to help you on this one.I am not a web designer.

You might all so have to ask the village owner as well to get permission to be able to see the MAC address and Ip numbers.

 

Start with where is your website is hosted. It seems like it's on a local server.
You'll have to find a different host.
Then you can add a freeware utility like this for Google Sites.
