"Certificate of Authority invalid"

I'm running Windows XP SP3

Today I tried to download CCleaner Professional trial to see if it would help my computer. When I click "Start Trial" I get an error that says "The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect"

When I searched on google, all I could find was the error for specific programs like Evernote.

Also, everytime I start Photoshop on my computer it closes right out with an error. And my google chrome says every website I go to might be someone posing as the website who is trying to steal everything I own.. I believe those errors had something to do with certificate or something, whatever... Not the main focus of this thread, just figured it MAY be helpful information.

I'm still a little concerned what what a Certificate of Authority is?

Almost every website I go to I get warnings saying there is no security ticket.
For example, when I go to pay my cable bill, I can't access the login screen because Google blocks everything. So I've bee unable to pay on the computer.

Facebook is blocked as well.

Could this all be related, or are they separate issues?
