Here is a unique one.

There is this thing that appears on my task bar. It says CETIUI_Main... A rectangular blue box also appears in the middle of my screen that can be move by pointing, clicking and dragging. I've restarted my computer several times, but it won't go away. What do I do to get rid of it?

Everything I come up with when I search this problem just tells me about the registry entries not where this came from and how to get rid of it.
