CGI Script to process forms

Does anyone know of a CGI script that I can get for free which will process HTML forms and save the results as an HTML document?

What I am trying to do is get the results of a form to be saved in an easily readable format in a secure directory, as opposed to emailing the results of the form to myself. The reason for doing this is so that there is increased security when gathering things like people's credit card numbers and other personal information.
