   What do you want to change it to? You can check your setting by going to the control panel and clicking on Regional and Language.

   If you are talking about what I think you are: Changing the main language of Win7 sadly only Ultimate has that ability but there is a way, Vistalizor make sure you use the correct version for your OS.
