Change Language? Plz Help!!

OK, my friend moved to korea while there and still there he bought a new Pc. and its all in koren lol du, so how would he get it to all go into english? r there progs? somthing IN microsoft? or wut do all of you think he should do? he can kinda understand it (hes been takeing class's) and hes new friends know so geting around wouldnt be a prob... but how whould he get all of it to turn into english

He will need an english version of the OS. A full language conversion is a considerable change.

There is an MUI version of XP Pro, but it is corporate licensed only.

 

ya i have heard of the thing from microsoft but i was wonder if there was some random prog or hack or somthing so he didnt have to go tho all of that..... idk.... i was just seeing i guss
