When I first set up the account in Outlook Express, I only used my first name for the display name. Now I would like to change that to include my last name. for example, originally "John" and would like it to read "John Doe". Is there a way to do this without recreating the account? I can't believe it's not possible to edit the display name.

    Hello,
You can change it through the Tools>Accounts menu.

On the Tools menu, click Accounts.
On the Mail tab, click your existing e-mail account, and then click Properties.

You should be able to change your display name on the General tab.

Click on Tools then Accounts and highlight your mail server. Then click on Properties over on the right. In the very top box that should already be highlighted, edit the name to what you want.

Thank you!!! I thought I went through every drop down in the program a dozen times. I just didn't see that. I was sure it had to be something simple, but, I couldn't find it.
