If it is a healthy system and the sole problem is the inability to logon to Windows due to a forgotten password - users can easily change (or wipe out) the Administrator password during a Windows XP Repair.

The following webpage has a very easy to follow step-by-step description of the initial Windows XP Repair process required: I Forgot My Administrator Password! by Vic Ferri

Very Important Note: A Windows XP CD and valid Product Key will be needed.

    Good Luck!
