Change servers regional settings

I'm just wondering if anyone here knows how to change a servers regional settings. And by server I mean the whole computer. I know I can login on a per users bases and change that users region settings in control panel but I need to change every single users regional settings and there are about 100 people who use this server. Any help would be much appriciated.

I'm thinking it can be done in the registry but I'm not sure.

 

Let me try to understand what you are doing. (Other than "changing regional settings")

You want all of the server's clients using a standard regional and time setting?
If so, then there may be something you can do with policies, but you would have to be using a domain. Is this the case?

If not, you can change the server's regional settings via the icon in Control Panel. This is a global setting for the server. Even terminal services users will use these settings while connected to the server, IIRC.

 

Actually it's just one server which is on a domain but it's a terminal server. It's a very large server which people login to and work on directly so it's only one computer. I've actually got it solved with a registry edit.

It took some doing because going to control panel only changes the personal user settings. So it had to be done for everyone individually if you went that way, and editing the default server setting didn't help much either since the default only effects new acounts and once an account is made it can have its own personal settings, so all exsisting accoutns ignore the default setting.
